Mesculin is a mixture of sweet and spicy greens that are harvested young and mixed for salads: 25% each Valerie Bi-Color, Red Leaf & Green Leaf Lettuces; 10% Arugula; 15% Endive Catalogna Bi-Color Blend.

• Cut as baby greens or mature plants.

• SEED DEPTH: 1/4 inch
• SEED SPACING: Scattered thinly (see SOWING)
• EMERGES: 7-15 days
• MATURES: young leaves at 30 days

SOWING:

• Plant seeds outdoors in early spring as soon as ground can be worked.
• Plant every 2 weeks until frost for a continual harvest of baby greens.
• Scatter seed thinly and cover with 1/4 inch of fine soil.
• Grow inside for year round fresh greens on your windowsill.

GERMINATION:

• Germinated in 7-15 days depending on soil and weather conditions.

THINNING:

• No thinning is necessary.

NOTES:

• Harvest entire baby plants to enjoy and then reseed right in the same location for a later harvest.
