This reblooming, bright canary yellow iris is best known for its dependable rebloom. Note the arched standards and flaring falls totally permeated in bright yellow. Its slight sweet fragrance will draw you closer in the garden.
Full Sun, Partial Shade
Prefers well-drained soil, but is tolerant of a wide range of soils.
Midseason flowering. Reblooms late summer/fall. (Mid-spring, re-blooms late summer to early fall.)
Glaucous-green, sword-like fans of stiff upright leaves with some dying back in colder climates in winter.
Remove spent flower stems after blooming. In late fall, cut back foliage to 6" fans. Clean plant debris before winter to prevent borers overwintering.
